1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care products, we accept return or replacement requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date.

To submit a request, email info@veliorae.com with:

  - Your order number
  - Clear photos or video of the item(s)
  - A photo of the outer packaging
  - A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, if approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  - Opened or used products
  - Products received in correct, undamaged condition
  - Change of mind or incorrect shade selected at checkout
  - Final sale or promotional items

3. Product Quality Notes

While we take great care in ensuring products are packed securely, minor cosmetic variations such as light dusting on powder palettes are considered normal for cosmetics during transit and do not qualify as damage.

4. Allergies and Skin Sensitivities

A full ingredient list is available on every product page. We recommend reviewing ingredients before purchase and performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Veliorae Beauty is not liable for reactions resulting from individual sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Re-delivery, where possible, may be arranged at the customer's expense.

6. Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@veliorae.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If a refund is approved for a confirmed damaged or defective item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
